Industrial Fitness General Manager Vacancy 

We are seeking a highly motivated, energetic, and experienced general manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our outstanding fitness facility. As the general manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our gym runs efficiently and effectively, providing a safe and welcoming environment for our members. Additional responsibilities include hiring, training staff, and overseeing scheduling. We need someone who is organized and passionate about fitness to help our staff thrive and members achieve their fitness goals. Fitness General Manager responsibilities 

*Oversee the day-to-day operations of the gym or fitness center including classes, sales, and memberships 

*Recruit, train, and supervise a diverse team, including facility staff, coaches, and support personnel 

*Promote a collaborative and positive work environment to enhance employee performance. 

*Monitor financial performance and develop strategies to increase revenue 

*Identify opportunities for sponsorship, partnerships, and revenue-generating events. 

*Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of both the indoor and outdoor facilities. 

*Implement outreach programs and initiatives to encourage community involvement. 

*Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and concerns 

*Help create and implement marketing and sales strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones 

*Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize facility usage. 

*Stay informed about relevant regulations and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards. 

*Obtain and maintain necessary permits and licenses. 

Qualifications/Certifications/Requirements 

*Proven experience in a fitness facility management role or a similar leadership role 

*Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. 

*Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. 

*Proficiency in using business and data analysis tools. 

*A passion for fitness and a customer-centric mindset. 

*Perform all job tasks within the rules and guidelines of all safety programs. 

*Demonstrates continuous effort to improve operations, reduce turnaround time, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality customer service.

Industrial Fitness Sales Consultant Vacancy 

We are seeking someone with a sales-minded approach, who has excellent customer service skills, and a positive, energetic attitude. Our ideal candidate brings at least a year of sales experience along with a good understanding of how to prospect leads through outreach, cold calling, walk-ins, and member referrals. Sales Consultant responsibilities 

*Generating new business  

*Achieving daily and monthly sales targets
