Fight Science Boxing Club - Hand wraps and mouth guard are compulsory.Fight Science boxing club, designed for fighters or those interested in learning the sweet science of boxing. Mouth guards and hand wraps compulsory as this class includes sparring, technique, pads and bags. If you have limited or no experience in boxing you may be asked to have some one on one with a coach before joining the classes.

LIT - Low Impact Training
Get ready to feel the burn, its going to be LIT!This is a low impact training class that will include core stability, balance, glute work, postural alignment exercises and other low impact strength exercises.
The class uses a mixture of body weight movements and resistance bands to keep challenging you with a low risk of injury.
LIT class is ideal for people recovering from injury, pre/post natal, people looking to build up a base of strength & technique or athletes on recovery week.
