All LevelsThe COMPLETE Group Class Training is a comprehensive and complete workout regimen that is meticulously designed to cater to a wide range of fitness levels. This holistic approach to fitness ensures that all aspects of physical well-being are addressed while simultaneously improving all HYROX related skills. A significant aspect of this program focuses on enhancing aerobic capacity as well as the body's ability to run and function under significant duress. This is achieved by engaging in regular, sustained exercises that elevate the heart rate, thereby strengthening the cardiovascular system by incorporating long form blocks built specifically for the sport of fitness racing. This approach, therefore, not only increases stamina but also prepares for the specific demands faced in a HYROX race.
Hyrox - Engine
All LevelsThe ENGINE Group Class focus is on developing endurance in a variety of manners, ranging from aerobic capacity to lactate threshold to muscular endurance and stamina to speed. Athletes will become faster runner increase their work rate, and improve their ability on machines. It includes a greater number of repetitions and increased distances on specific machines, challenging your muscles in unique ways. This can lead to improved muscular strength, enhanced cardiovascular resilience, and overall increased performance in a range of physical activities. The program also integrates Functional Threshold Power (FTP) training, aerobic endurance exercises, and compromised running along with speed drills.

Intermediate to AdvancedThe POWER Group Class Training is a comprehensive and complete workout that focuses specifically on developing strength in all forms possible. It's centered more on traditional strength training rather than skills and aerobic fitness. The program includes a variety of workout formats such as AMRAPS (As Many Reps As Possible), Strength intervals, TOTMS (Top of the Minute), Partner Workouts, 'I Go You Go' sessions, and volume training. HYROX365 POWER Group Class Training is a program that caters to every aspect of strength.

Beginner to IntermediateFOUNDATIONAL Group Class. The interval-based format allows for athletes of all skill levels to train side by side in the same program. Hyrox is a global fitness race combining 8km of running with 8 functional workout stations (SkiErg, sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry, sandbag lunges, and wall balls). It's designed to be accessible to all fitness levels while providing a clear performance benchmark.
Absolutely not! While our programming can prepare you for competition, many members simply love the workout methodology. Hyrox training is incredibly effective for general fitness, fat loss, and functional strength whether you ever race or not.
Start with Hyrox - Foundational. This class teaches the basics of each station with reduced intensity and volume. You'll learn proper technique and build base fitness before progressing to our Complete or specialized classes.
We provide all Hyrox-specific equipment (sleds, SkiErg, rowers, etc.). Just bring yourself, workout clothes, and running shoes with good support. A water bottle and towel are recommended.
While both involve functional fitness, Hyrox is standardized – the same 8 stations in the same order every time. This allows for consistent training, measurable progress, and direct race preparation. It's less technical than CrossFit, making it more accessible to beginners while still incredibly challenging.
Definitely! The combination of running endurance, functional strength, and mental toughness developed through Hyrox training translates excellently to skiing, trail running, mountain biking, and virtually any endurance sport. Many of our members use Hyrox training as off-season conditioning.
