🌍 From the Gym Floor to the World Stage
A huge moment for the gym—Gabby Mills recently wrapped up her final session with Josh before heading into camp with the NZ Ice Fernz.
➡️ Competing at the Women's Ice Hockey World Championships, where her team achieved an outstanding 4th place finish 🏆
This is exactly what Industrial Fitness is about:
•Training that transfers to real performance
•Coaching that prepares athletes for the highest level
•A standard that doesn't drop
We're incredibly proud of Gabby and everything she represents.

🚀 NEW: HYROX PERFORMANCE CLASS
We're raising the standard.
THURSDAYS | 6:00 – 7:30PM (90 mins)
Coach: Daniel Boyden
This is not your standard class.
This is for those who want to:
•Build race-ready fitness
•Improve strength under fatigue
•Dial in HYROX-specific skills and strategy
•Train with intent
Whether it's your first race or your next PB—this is where the work gets done.
🥋 JIU JITSU MILESTONES
Minori was awarded her belt by Paula, Molly and Brent after starting out as a mum bring her kids to class when Te Manawa was first opened to eventually getting on the mats and even competing in the masters games in Dunedin. It has been a long road but we got there.
Also a big well done on earning stripes on their belts to these guys.
Joachim Finnett – 2 stripe white belt
Sam Purdie – 2 stripe white belt
Carl Chua – 4 stripe blue belt
Harley Lemmon – 3 stripe blue belt
Sam Sharp – 3 stripe blue belt
Special acknowledgement to Jordan Southcombe who has been training with us for the past few months, we have really enjoyed having you on the mat.
This is what Industrial Fitness is all about:
•Performance
•Community
•Progress
From first sessions to world stages—this is a place where people show up, put in the work, and achieve more.
We're proud of every single one of you.
See you on the floor.
