A Massive Community Effort for Men’s Mental Health
24 Hour HYROX Movember Challenge
Industrial Fitness hosted a 24 hour HYROX challenge to raise awareness and funds for Movember. Members rotated through nonstop HYROX sessions, showing incredible strength, grit, and community spirit.

Industrial Fitness came together for a full 24 hours of continuous HYROX effort in support of Movember’s mission to raise awareness for men’s mental health, suicide prevention, prostate cancer, and testicular cancer. Members stepped up in rotating sessions, pushing through the challenge with determination, teamwork, and genuine heart. The energy inside the gym was unreal, with participants of all levels showing up throughout the day and night to support a cause bigger than themselves. Whether it was one hour or several hours on the floor, every effort contributed to a powerful community initiative.

A Huge Community Effort
Industrial Fitness kicked off the 24 Hour HYROX Movember Challenge with one goal in mind: bring the community together to raise awareness for men’s mental health. The turnout exceeded expectations. Members showed up in waves throughout the entire 24 hour window, keeping the momentum alive from early morning to well past midnight.
The atmosphere inside the gym was electric, with people cheering, supporting, and pushing each other through tough HYROX rounds. It was a perfect reflection of what Industrial Fitness stands for: strength, resilience, and community.
Incredible Individual Performances
The challenge featured some standout efforts from members who went above and beyond.
Sam and CJ
These two turned up in full firefighter protective gear and breathing tanks for their one hour HYROX slot. They smashed it and brought massive energy to the room. Their dedication highlighted exactly what the challenge was about: doing something tough for a cause bigger than yourself.

Maia Lythe
Maia committed to three full hours of continuous HYROX, showing grit, power, and determination from start to finish. Her performance was inspiring and earned her an amazing prize pack including Lululemon gear, LSKD gifts, a water bottle, protein bars, and a massage from Flow Motion.
